XPIN eSIM Services

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Services are intended for use by adults only, who can make purchases using a credit card or other permitted payment methods. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use the Services.

After purchasing and activating any XPIN eSIM plan, you will be able to use the Services. You agree to pay the fees on time at the start of the billing cycle during which you receive the Services, until your Services expire and the agreement is canceled. You will be responsible for paying all applicable fees, charges, and taxes for the Services you use, whether ordered by you or by someone who has access to your Services.

Any plan or service you purchase must be activated within 30 days of the purchase date. We may suspend or terminate any plan or service not activated within the specified timeframe.

We may suspend or terminate your account under these Terms. If renewal payment is not received due to insufficient funds or any other reason, the Services will terminate upon expiration. Thereafter, your account may be suspended until you pay the fees, charges, and taxes. XPIN Network will not terminate your account, and you may pay the fees at any time to restart your Services.
