Device Loss or Theft

You agree that if your device is lost or stolen, you may contact XPIN customer support at [email protected], and you are obligated to notify us immediately. Our customer support is staffed during normal business hours, and we will suspend your Services within 3 business days to prevent others from using them. We reserve the right to hold you responsible for all usage fees, taxes, and charges incurred by your device until you notify us of the loss or theft and until we terminate your Services. If you fail to report the loss or theft promptly, you may be responsible for any fees or charges for Services used prior to the report. Once you report the loss or theft of your device to XPIN Network and the Services are suspended, you will not be responsible for subsequent charges incurred by that device.
