Our Right to Limit or Terminate Services or the Service Agreement

XPIN Network may, for any reason and without prior notice, limit, throttle, suspend, or terminate your Services or any agreement with you, including but not limited to: (1) if you (a) breach the service agreement; (b) resell your Services; (c) use the Services for any illegal or fraudulent purpose or in violation of any acceptable use requirements; (d) fail to pay fees under the service agreement; (e) become bankrupt; (f) transfer the Services to another person without our consent; (g) use your Services in an excessive, unusually burdensome, or unprofitable manner; (h) engage in any activity that negatively affects XPIN Network or other customers or violates the Terms or XPIN Network Acceptable Use Policy; or (2) if you or any user of your device or any service line on your account: (a) threatens, harasses, or uses XPIN Network Services to post vulgar and/or inappropriate language; (b) interferes with XPIN Network's operations; (c) sends "spam" or other abusive messages or calls; or (d) uses devices that violate local laws and regulations. XPIN Network may also temporarily limit your Services for any operational or governmental reason.

If XPIN Network terminates your XPIN eSIM Services for any reason (including reasons specified in this section), we reserve the right to prohibit you from using any XPIN Network service plan in the future by blocking your device's access to our network, prohibiting you from using a new XPIN Network service account you purchase, or by other means.
