Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold XPIN Network harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including taxes, fees, fines, penalties, interest, investigation costs, and attorneys' fees and expenses) arising out of or related to the use of the Services, breach of the service agreement, or violation of any law or regulation or any third-party rights of you or any person on your account.
