Severability and Waiver

Waiver of any part of the service agreement in one instance does not constitute waiver of any other part or in any other instance and must be explicitly stated in writing. If we do not exercise our rights under any term of the service agreement, we may still require strict compliance in the future. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, that part may be severed from the Terms.
