You may view your bills through the XPIN official website or mobile application. You have the right to change your payment method at any time. All payment methods supported by XPIN Network are displayed on the XPIN official website, and XPIN reserves the right to update them without prior notice. Please ensure that you purchase XPIN Services only through officially designated payment methods by XPIN Network to avoid financial loss. Please note that XPIN does not perform any ongoing deductions from your payment methods.

You may use benefits within the XPIN ecosystem to offset part of the fees for XPIN eSIM Services. You can log in to the XPIN official website to view your benefits. You agree that XPIN Network has the right to update the offset policy at any time without your consent. If you cancel XPIN eSIM Services, consumed benefits will not be refunded.

Exercise caution when allowing others (including children or other minors) to use devices on your account. You are obligated to pay all resulting fees, charges, and taxes, including those from any other user of a device associated with your account.
