Governing Law

XPIN Network and you agree that these Terms are governed by the laws of the place where XPIN Network operates (referred to as the local jurisdiction). In all cases, if any term of the service agreement is invalid under the laws of any of the above jurisdictions, that term shall not apply in that jurisdiction; the remainder of the service agreement shall remain in effect.
