Entire Agreement

These Terms and any references to XPIN Network policies or supplemental terms referenced herein (including the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy) constitute the entire service agreement between you and XPIN Network. Unless explicitly included in this agreement, any promises, representations, or warranties made by third-party partners or representatives of XPIN Network regarding the Services are not binding on XPIN Network. Any decisions we make under this service agreement shall be at our reasonable discretion. The following sections of this service agreement survive termination of the service agreement between us and you: Billing Cycle, Payment, Taxes, Fees and Surcharges, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Discovery Mapping, Supported Digital Assets, Service Availability and Coverage, Service Interruptions, Porting, Promotions, Our Right to Make Changes, Unauthorized Charges, Our Right to Limit or Terminate Services or the Service Agreement, Intellectual Property, Privacy and Security, Disclaimers, Waiver and Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability and Waiver, Force Majeure, Governing Law, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration, and Entire Agreement.
