Plan Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please verify before purchasing XPIN eSIM Services whether you can use XPIN's eSIM Services (check if your device supports it, whether your location is within XPIN's service coverage, etc.). Only users who purchase Services directly from XPIN are eligible for XPIN refunds. If you purchased Services from a third party, you must contact that third party to request a refund. You have the right to unilaterally withdraw your purchase within 14 days. This withdrawal right expires 14 days after the purchase date or on the date of eSIM activation (whichever is earlier). Please note that you cannot request a refund for an activated eSIM. If you have activated the Services but cannot use them due to XPIN's error or negligence, or if XPIN decides to discontinue the Services, we will provide alternative services or refund the reasonable remaining value, subject to the following conditions:
You must submit a refund request within 30 days of the issue giving rise to your claim.
Within 10 days of receiving your refund request, XPIN has failed to restore your ability to access and use the purchased Services.
You have cooperated with us to resolve any issues you encountered in using or accessing the Services.
If the service quota for which you request a refund has been partially used, we will refund only the unused portion. No refunds/replacements. Except in the cases described above, you have no right to request a refund or replacement of Services.
How to Apply for a Refund
You may submit a refund request by sending an email to [email protected]. Our customer support team may request additional information to support your refund request, such as screenshots of device settings, the area of use, and related payment information. If you qualify for a refund, we will refund your payment to your original payment account. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 business days to process.
Unauthorized Purchases
If you suspect any unauthorized purchases on your account, please notify our support team immediately. XPIN reserves the right to suspend any account suspected of fraudulent activity. Whether a refund is issued is at XPIN's sole discretion.
