XPIN Network intellectual property and related documentation are protected by trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property laws and international treaties. You agree not to infringe, misappropriate, dilute, or otherwise violate XPIN Network's intellectual property or that of any other intellectual property owner whose protected property may appear on any website, conversation, or mobile application controlled by or accessible through XPIN Network. Except for the limited license to use the Services, your purchase or the Services you purchase do not grant you any license to copy, modify, reverse engineer, download, redistribute, or resell the Services or any other XPIN Network-related intellectual property. All XPIN Network websites, company names, service marks, trademarks, trade names, logos, and domain names (collectively "Marks") and those of its affiliates are and shall remain the exclusive property of XPIN Network and its affiliates. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use any Marks.

You agree that violation of this section will cause irreparable harm to XPIN Network that cannot be fully remedied by monetary damages, and XPIN Network shall be entitled to seek all other available remedies.

From time to time, you may choose to submit feedback to us. With respect to the Services, we may freely use, copy, disclose, license, distribute, and exploit any feedback in any manner without any obligation, royalty, or restriction based on intellectual property rights or otherwise. No feedback will be considered your confidential information, and nothing in this agreement limits our right to independently use, develop, evaluate, or market products or services, whether incorporating feedback or otherwise.

If XPIN Network terminates your XPIN Network Services for any reason specified in this section, we reserve the right to prohibit you from using any XPIN Network service plan in the future by blocking your device's access to our network, prohibiting you from using a new XPIN Network service account you purchase, or by other means.
