Referral Program Terms

XPIN Network may from time to time offer referral rewards. The referral program is subject to these Terms and any publicly stated text for the specific referral program. In case of conflict between these Terms and any referral program terms, the referral program terms prevail. Participation in the referral program constitutes your agreement to comply with all applicable terms.

Referral rewards are granted at XPIN Network's sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify referral program terms at any time without prior notice.

Participation in the referral program is entirely voluntary. XPIN Network may provide you (under the referral program terms, the "Referrer") with the opportunity to send invitations to your friends and/or family members to become XPIN Network subscribers. If the friend accepts your invitation, the friend's subscription will be discounted or generate other rewards as specified in the applicable plan terms. You may be eligible for rewards specified in the applicable referral program terms ("Referral Rewards"). Referral rewards are based on your total number of referrals. If XPIN Network determines in its sole discretion that you are abusing the referral program in any way, XPIN Network reserves the right to revoke any referral rewards you may have earned and/or suspend your participation in the referral program, including but not limited to: violation of any other applicable terms and conditions, any violation of laws, regulations, or rules, any conduct detrimental to XPIN Network's interests, or any fraudulent activity and/or attempted fraudulent activity.
