XPIN User Usage Agreement

The XPIN eSIM products and services ("Services") are provided by XPIN Network. These terms and conditions ("Terms") provide important information about our Services and the devices used with our Services, including details on the service plans we offer, service fees, charges, taxes and other fees we charge you, service termination, acceptable use of Services, discovery mapping and rewards, privacy, limitation of liability, and our agreement to arbitrate disputes rather than resort to class actions or other forms of trial.

These Terms form part of the service agreement between you and XPIN Network and constitute the agreement between you and XPIN Network under which we provide the Services to you. By agreeing to this Service Agreement, you represent that you are at least of legal adult age in your place of residence and are authorized to enter into a legally binding agreement. You agree that if you provide your XPIN Network account login information to another person or allow another person to use the Services, you will be responsible for all activities on the Services, whether conducted by you or by another person.

You accept the Service Agreement by providing written consent or an electronic signature.

XPIN Network may change its prices, fees, Services (including any rewards), and/or Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after receiving notice of changes will be deemed acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes, and the latest version of these Terms will govern your relationship with XPIN Network and the Services provided by XPIN Network to you.

Your service agreement with us includes these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and any other agreements, policies, or supplemental terms and conditions that we provide to you at https://www.xpin.network or through the XPIN mobile application ("XPIN Planet mobile application"). We may change our policies and these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Please check our website for the most current version of our policies.
