Promotions

XPIN Network may, from time to time at its sole discretion and for any reason, offer certain promotions to any customer group (e.g., new paying customers, customers meeting certain eligibility requirements, etc.), including but not limited to point offsets, discounts, or "free" services. For clarity, all these Terms apply to any promotion under these Terms, including but not limited to all other terms and conditions contained in these Terms and any promotional terms published by XPIN Network at any time and within any service scope. You and XPIN Network both agree that any promotion shall be provided (if at all) at XPIN Network's sole discretion to the extent it deems appropriate for you, any XPIN Network customer, or XPIN Network, and may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall any promotional points, discounts, or "free" services be transferable, combinable with any other offers, or redeemable for any cash or point amount.
