XPIN Network is not responsible for any performance or device failures due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to: acts of God, fire, flood, or other catastrophes; loss of power; any law, order, regulation, direction, action, or request of any government, including local governments with or claiming jurisdiction over XPIN Network, or any department, agency, commission, bureau, corporation, or other instrumentality of any one or more of such governments, or any civil or military authority; national emergencies; riots; civil unrest, war; or strikes, lockouts, or other labor difficulties.
