Usage

The Services provided by XPIN include data plans as the primary component of your Services. XPIN eSIM does not provide phone numbers or voice or SMS services. Your data plan is for personal use only in the countries and regions listed by XPIN. Data usage on our network is measured in bytes without rounding. Each XPIN service plan has a specified 5G and/or 4G LTE data usage limit. Please note that 5G and/or 4G LTE provided through your service plan requires use in appropriate coverage areas with capable devices and eSIM cards. We will measure your upload and download data usage, including all requests for uploaded or downloaded data and network overhead. If your total accumulated data usage in a billing cycle exceeds the monthly usage limit of the plan you purchased, your Services will be terminated even if there is remaining time in the billing cycle. When you purchase a new service plan, your Services will resume.

The mobile network provided by XPIN Network for the Services is a shared resource serving the interests of all users. Certain activities and uses by individual customers or a small group of customers may negatively impact others' use and enjoyment of the Services. Therefore, certain activities and uses are not permitted and are outlined in the XPIN Network Acceptable Use Policy.
